Failed Deliveries & Collection
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is redirected to a local post office or collection point, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel.
Customers must collect their parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to sender.

If an order is returned to sender due to:
