Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, return eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@cavarien.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, clear photo evidence must be provided so we can assess the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Address

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return addresses are provided upon approval.


Shipping Delays

Due to high demand and international shipping, orders may take between 5–15 business days to arrive. These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personal care items, customised or personalised products, and items purchased on sale or clearance.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days since approval, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first at support@cavarien.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in delayed resolution or denial of future service.


Return Shipping Costs


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item, however we may request photo evidence to assess the issue.


Change of Mind Returns:

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable:

Please note that return shipping costs may be high due to international logistics, and we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.


Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is held at a local post office or collection point, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding timeframe.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to sender, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a reshipping fee to resend the item, or

  • Issue a partial refund excluding original shipping costs and any return fees incurred

We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected within the allocated timeframe.
